Anya Reid Joins Poole College as Executive Director for Development and External Relations
The Poole College of Management at North Carolina State University announced that Anya Reid has joined the college as executive director of development and external relations. In this role, she oversees all fundraising, corporate relations and alumni relations for Poole College.
Reid comes to the position with more than 18 years of global professional experience. Most recently, she was assistant dean for external relations and development at the University of California-Davis. Prior to her work at UC-Davis, Reid held a number of marketing positions both domestically & abroad, including Turner Broadcasting, Discovery Communications in Hong Kong and Singapore, and SAP Singapore. She was also a brand manager for Southcorp Wines in the Napa Valley, one of the largest premium wine companies in the world at the time. Reid received her M.B.A. from UC Davis and a bachelor of arts in history from Davidson College.
