Claire Jefferies Joins Poole College as Assistant Director in Jenkins MBA program

The North Carolina State University Poole College of Management announces the appointment of Claire Jefferies as assistant director in instruction and outreach for the college’s Jenkins Master of Business Administration and Master of Global Innovation Management program.

“We are pleased to welcome Claire to our Jenkins graduate programs staff,” said Dr. Steve Allen, associate dean for Poole College’s graduate programs. “She has great experience in both higher education and business, thinks strategically, and has great communication skills.”

Jefferies brings a strong background in higher education, recruiting and human resources. Previously, she worked as a technical recruiter for ATSI Group, a creative recruiter for 52 LTD, corporate and divisional recruiter for Holiday Retirement, and senior technical recruiter at Kipe Technology Resources.

In higher education, she served as prospect research manager at Lewis and Clark College; graduate assistant at the Ball State University Career Center, and as employer relations and career development associate at Arizona State University.

Jefferies graduated summa cum laude from Winthrop University with a bachelor’s degree in English, and received her master’s degree in student affairs administration in higher education from Ball State University.
