Deadline is March 15 for NC State Startup Madness Entrepreneurship Competition Entries

Startup Madness will be here soon. Undergraduate and graduate students at NC State University are encouraged to enter this regional competion, being hosted by NC State this year. This competition pits ACC schools against each other in a bracket-style challenge. Each school will have two representatives, one from the graduate level and one from the undergraduate.

The deadline for entering this year’s Startup Madness – a competition at which entrepreneurs will be demonstrating their product prototypes – is fast approaching.

By the end of the day on March 15, graduate and undergraduate students entering this competition need to have their application materials turned in to the event organizers. From these applications, a panel of entrepreneurs will narrow down the field to three finalists in each category (graduate students and undergraduate students) who will compete to represent NC State at the Startup Finals on March 27 at the Hunt Library.

On the day of the final competition, all students are invited to drop by the library to view activities during the day, and especially the final round of the competition in the evening. Networking will begin at 4:30 p.m. and ceremonies will begin at 6:15 p.m.

Detals are available at the following web sites.
