Trust is focus of the Student Session

The student session – available only to students attending the Forum – will introduce the idea of trust as a fundamental ingredient in developing dynamic organizational culture.

Through interactive activities and small group discussion, participants will explore what contributes to trust and how it affects organizational culture. Finally, students will reflect on how to develop trusting relationships and be able to leave with action items to practice within their own organizations. The goal of this session is to have a conversation that integrates themes from the day with actual action skills that students can use to develop a strong organizational culture.
