Interviews & Application Status

Interviews

The MAC program requires a personal interview as part of the application process. Interviews may be waived in certain circumstances. Once the program receives your MAC Application, a member of the MAC team will contact you.  If you have not heard from us, please call 919-515-4431.

It is preferred that interviews be conducted in person. However, if it is not possible, we will use Skype which requires the use of a webcam.

Status of Application

You may check the status of your application materials at any time via NC State's Graduate School Online Application website.

Telephone Calls

You may e-mail or call our office (919-515-4431) any time for an update on the status of your application; however, for security reasons, we will not give admission decisions on the telephone.

Admission Decisions

You will receive a letter from the Dean of the Graduate School following the official admission decision.
