Annual Business Ethics Case Competition
The Fourth Annual Business Ethics Case Competition will be held April 15-22, 2008.
This competition provides students a chance to test their skills while assessing and responding to current business ethics and social responsibility issues.
Who may participate: Teams of undergraduate students in the College of Management, as well as any student enrolled in PHI 214. Students teams must have at least two and no more than five members.
Timeline
Tuesday, April 15 - Student Workshop
11:15 a.m. - 1:00 p.m., 1120 Nelson Hall
Tuesday, April 15 - Team Entries Due by 11:59 p.m.
- Submit Case Paper by email to Greg Young, associate professor, business management
Thursday, April 17 - Five finalists announced
Tuesday, April 22 - Finalists teams present to panel of judges
- 1:00-3:00 p.m. - teams present to judges
- 3:30-5:00 p.m. - awards program and reception, Nelson Commons

Prizes
First Place Team: $1,000
Second Place Team: $500
Third Place Team: $250
Background
The annual Business Ethics Case Competition is hosted in the NC State University College of Management by the Business Ethics Society and sponsored by the BB&T Leadership Development Fund through the College of Management and NC State Foundation.
