Brand Manager of Innovation
Anna Reynolds joined Rodan + Fields in April 2017 as an Associate Brand Manager on the Marketing team in their San Francisco headquarters. At R+F, Anna has worked on product development and strategic direction for a new product launching 2H 2018 and has been the Brand lead for Convention 2018 (R+F’s largest event of the year hosting 50,000+ Consultants virtually and in-person). Additionally, Anna has managed the UNBLEMISH acne line and has led pipeline innovation for this product family.
Previously Anna held roles as Marketing Manager and Associate Brand Manager for three years at Merz North America working on the NEOCUTIS physician-distributed skincare brand. While at Merz, Anna led three product launches, managed NEOCUTIS’ social media, PR and loyalty program efforts, oversaw execution of NEOCUTIS rebranding and trained 100+ accounts in a cross-country product-training initiative. Before earning a full-time role, Anna was a Brand Marketing intern for the Merz Aesthetics filler brands, Belotero and Radiesse, assisting with loyalty, customer segmentation and rebranding initiatives.
Anna currently serves on the Advisory Board for the North Carolina State University Global Luxury and Management program. Anna received a Master’s degree in Global Luxury and Management from NCSU and Skema Business School (France). She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of North Carolina – Greensboro, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business with focuses in Marketing, Fashion Management and French Language.
