Q: What drew you to the Global Luxury and Management program? How did the program complement your undergrad studies (or took you in a different direction)?
A: The Global Luxury and Management program allowed me to learn from some of the brightest minds in the industry and gain insight into many business functions that I was previously relatively inexperienced with. Overall, it was a tremendous opportunity for me, both personally and professionally
Q: What are some value points gained from your program experience and how are you applying what you’ve learned in your current role?
A: I completed an internship position with Adidas in Portland, Oregon, one of the largest sports apparel brands in the world. I worked in their marketing department focusing on social media strategy and analytics. This position led to my current position as social media specialist with Wilson Sporting Goods.
Q: Advice for prospective students considering the Global Luxury and Management program?
A: Network! Our Industry Advisory Board served as a great resource for students providing networking opportunities in addition to their wealth of knowledge.
