Why did you choose the NC State GLAM program for your graduate education?
It was the most applicable graduate program to what I wanted to do with my career.

How did your experience in the program contribute to your professional achievements and successes?
It gave me a good talking point on my career that most other applicants did not have.

What did you enjoy most about your time in the GLAM program?
Traveling and relevant classes.

What do you miss most now that you have graduated?
Traveling and the school atmosphere.

What are a few of the most impactful classes/lessons you learned during your time at NC State?
David Henard’s class and John Andrew’s class.

What advice would you give for prospective and current students who are interested in your industry/profession?
Become involved earlier in the year and be willing to leave your comfort zone to take jobs outside of NC.

What advice do you have for prospective GLAM students?
Speak to a prior student to fully understand what you’re getting yourself into.

Could you give a brief explanation of your current line of work, and what has led you to it?
It was something I did not expect myself to be doing but was an applicable job with a lot of learning opportunities in NYC.
