This inaugural Jenkins graduate program, based in Madrid, Spain, will focus on global leadership offering an intensive blend of academics and real-world application. This immersive experience is designed for professionals to rapidly enhance their leadership skills in a global context. Daily activities feature a mix of Master Classes with Spanish experts and on-site visits to both domestic and international companies in Madrid, providing first-hand exposure to global leadership models. The program will focus on adaptive and cross-cultural leadership strategies essential for success in international markets. The inclusion of a day trip to Segovia and various cultural activities ensures a rich, comprehensive understanding of the host country, integrating cultural awareness and global leadership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MBA 590: Global Leadership<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This immersive course explores the principles and practice of leadership in a globalized world. Students will examine cross-cultural leadership dynamics, analyze global business environments, and develop adaptive leadership strategies. Based in Madrid, students will learn from case studies, on-site corporate visits, local speakers, and reflective assignments designed to integrate theory with real-world experience. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Accommodations are factored into the program cost. Students will have shared rooms, 2 participants per room. There will be an additional costs for a single room upgrade. More details to be provided to accepted students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
