Six hours of ECG 695 (Thesis Research) may be counted towards as elective credit. .\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Master&#8217;s Thesis<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>A thesis is required for the MS degree. Up to 6 credit hours of ECG 695 (Thesis Preparation) may be applied toward the major as electives (but may not replace the required 500-level or 700-level ECG electives). The thesis requirement is met upon successfully passing a final oral exam.
