Poole College Recognizes Fall 2012 Dean’s List Honorees

The NC State University Poole College of Management congratulates the students who met the Dean’s List qualifications in fall 2012, one of the highest academic honors that a student can achieve. Students with a privacy block are not included in this list.

The Dean’s List honorees will be recognized during a reception held Wednesday, February 6 in the Nelson Hall Student Commons from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. Nearly 300 students are planning to attend. Poole College faculty and staff are invited to stop by the reception and congratulate the honorees. Faculty do not need to send a reservation.

NC State guidelines to qualify for the Dean’s List require that full-time undergraduate students must earn a semester grade point average of:

  • 3.5 or better on 12 to 14 credit hours of course work for which grade points are earned or
  • 3.25 or better on 15 or more credit hours of course work for which grade points are earned.

Students are not eligible for the Dean’s List in any semester in which they receive an F or IN grade. When IN grades are resolved, however, students who are otherwise eligible shall be added retroactively to the Dean’s List for that semester. Dean’s List recognition shall be noted on the student’s semester grade report and permanent academic record.

Following are among the students being recognized this month.
