Poole College’s accounting programs ranked in top 20

The undergraduate and master’s accounting degree programs in the NC State Poole College of Management continue to climb in national rankings. Most recently, the 2015 College Choice ranking placed Poole College’s Jenkins Master of Accounting program 12th in the country based on reputation and affordability.

Accounting.com, in its 2015 ranking, placed Poole College’s undergraduate accounting program 18th and the MAC program, 21st based on factors such as reputation, graduation rate, quality of curriculum and student preference.

“These most recent rankings, following our placement among the top 30 accounting programs over the past few years, reflects the quality of our students, our strength of curriculum and faculty, and the active engagement of our professional network. These factors contribute to a dynamic learning environment that prepares career-ready graduates,” said Frank Buckless, KPMG Professor of Accounting and head of the college’s Department of Accounting.
