Promoting your News & Events

The Poole College marketing team is introducing a new process for submitting requests for communications support to our team. We know this will take some time to adopt, and we thank you in advance for your willingness to try new things! This will allow us to much better track and manage the flow of requests to best meet your communications needs.

There are two submission processes, depending on your request.

  • For all non-eBillboard requests, please complete and submit this Google Form
… or use this go-link: go.ncsu.edu/commrequests. Requests submitted here include website edits, calendar listings, creative materials, news and feature stories, in-the-news links, press releases, social media postings, weekly ENEWS items, etc.
  • For eBillboard requests (not managed by your unit), please continue to follow the submission guidelines located here.
Note: This process includes sending an email message to com-billboard@lists.ncsu.edu, informing our team that you have entered a message to the campus eBillboard system. We will then complete the last step: adding it to the billboards in Nelson Hall. If your item is an event, it will be added to the Poole College calendar by the college communications team.
  • Questions? Contact Christine Ferrell (christine_ferrell@ncsu.edu), director of marketing and media relations; phone: 919.515.7554.
