The HR office serves as your central resource for all Poole College human resources activity. Our office provides essential knowledge and technical information to align the college's HR needs while ensuring compliance with the university, state and federal policies and procedures.

The deadline to submit SHRA and EHRA actions is the 25th of the month prior to the effective date of your request.

How can we best assist you?

The office oversees and manages the day-to-day operations of the human resources processes to include, but not limited to, development, establishment, implementation, and execution of all HR business processes: position management, salary administration, leave administration payroll and salary distribution, EHRA tenure-track, non-tenure track faculty, EHRA non-faculty, SHRA staff, visitors, no-pay employees, temps, and undergraduate and graduate students.
