What type of job would you like to have after completing the MAC Program? If you already have secured a job – where and what area?

I would like to find a job working as a data analyst.

Do you have any advice or tips you would like to give prospective students looking at applying to MAC programs?

I would advise students to be well-rounded during their college tenure by not only excelling academically but also participating in various leadership roles and extracurricular activities. This helps students to engage in personal development during college and to be more prepared for life after graduation. I would also say to search extensively for the program that is best suited for your needs.

Why did you choose the NC State MAC Program?

One great draw of the program is the high job placement rate. The program enables students to transition seamlessly into our accounting careers via various networking events and recruitment opportunities.

What are your expectations while attending the MAC Program?

I expect to immerse myself into campus life and take advantage of the networking events and recruitment opportunities that the program offers.

What are you looking forward to the most while in the Program?

I look forward to meeting and learning from faculty, staff, and students.

Any additional information you would like to share?

I passed all four sections of the CPA exam before I started the program. I sat for the first exam in January 2019, and I was able to pass my final section in May of the same year.
