What type of job would you like to have after completing the MAC Program? If you already have secured a job – where and what area?

I would love to have a job doing financial or managerial accounting and stay close to the Raleigh area.

Do you have any advice or tips you would like to give prospective students looking at applying to MAC programs?

Review multiplication tables. You would be surprised how much time second guessing 6 times 7 costs you on the GMAT.

Why did you choose the NC State MAC Program?

When I was looking into different MAC programs I had not yet taken a single accounting course and my wife was pregnant with our first child. I ended up choosing NC State because they offered the ASAP program that allowed me to obtain the prerequisites in a short period of time, offered quality education at an affordable price, and offered hope for the future both in their excellent job placement and CPA exam pass rate.

What are your expectations while attending the MAC Program?

I expect to receive a high level of education that prepares me well for the future. Based upon my experiences so far, I confidently expect the professors and staff to care about me and support me as I learn and pursue opportunities.

What are you looking forward to the most while in the Program?

I am most looking forward to learning a set of skills that will enable me to do a job that I enjoy while providing well for my family.
