Exercise is key to mental health for Handfield as he takes a long walk each morning. For relaxation, Ratliff enjoys a good trip to the beach for fishing. The pandemic led her to volunteer for community projects which she has found to have a positive impact on her mental health.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI think factors contributing to stress and anxiety originate from multiple aspects of life,\u201d said Khan. \u201cTo keep functioning properly, I make a conscious effort to keep my \u2018bad\u2019 stress and resulting anxiety levels in check. Shanahan has also been riding horses since she was five years old and enjoys spending time at the barn. She is a big fan of exploring campus and meeting new people along the way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI try my hardest to let things go and not ruminate on them,\u201d said Merry. \u201cI do my best every day and acknowledge that sometimes it won&#8217;t be perfect.
