Prof. Richard Warr Comments about Drop in Connecticut Pension Fund Returns

Richard Warr, professor of finance and head of the Department of Business Management at the NC State University Poole College of Management, comments on a drop in returns on Connecticut’s state teachers pension fund. The state’s $17 billion fund returned an average of 3.2 percentage poinhts less than its 8.5 percent assumed annual rate of return between fiscal years 2001 and 2015.  Read the full story.
