NC State Jenkins MBA Jumps Significantly in 2021 US News & World Report Ranking

The NC State Jenkins MBA Program was given its highest ranking in the 2021 U.S. News & World Report Best Graduate School report released today. The Jenkins Professional full-time MBA program climbed to No. 52 (from 85) among full-time programs worldwide. The Jenkins Professional Evening MBA program was listed in the top 100 programs among part-time MBA programs in the United States at No. 61.

This year’s ranking was based on a combination of factors: results from surveys of deans and employers, in addition to career placement and admissions selectivity statistics. The part-time ranking is based on results of a survey of deans, as well as selectivity, student experience and enrollment metrics.

“This is the highest ranking the NC State Jenkins MBA has ever had in the U.S. News rankings and represents a dramatic increase over previous years.  It reflects the growing reputation of the program and the glowing success of its graduates. Our starting salaries averaged over $100,000 for the first time ever, which I am sure helped us rocket up the rankings,” said Steven Allen, associate dean for graduate programs, Poole College of Management.

The NC State Jenkins MBA is available in three formats: full-time, professional evening and professional online. The NC State Jenkins MBA program is currently accepting applications for all formats, for the semester starting in fall 2020.
