Come visit the Nelson Hall Black History Month Display on the third floor near the auditorium (Nelson 3400) featuring Poole Black students, alumni, faculty and staff.
The Poole College of Management invites you to celebrate the Black History Month –– a time when communities across the nation celebrate the of achievements by Black Americans and recognize the central role of African Americans in U.S. history.
At NC State and in Poole, we choose to spend Black History Month celebrating the achievements, culture and contribution of members of the Black and African Diaspora.
This year, our theme is “Our wings still fly: The beauty and burden of Blackness”.
The display will be up during the month of February.
