Williams professional career began at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill serving as the reservation manager for the student union’s event services team. There, she was responsible for scheduling, facilitating and ensuring the execution of over 22,000 meetings and events annually held within the Carolina Union and surrounding campus venues. Her team also collaborated with students, departments and non-University affiliates.
As program coordinator, Williams will play a critical role in the delivery, execution and evaluation of programs designed NC State Executive Education. She will manage program event logistics, faculty and vendor contracts, vendor relations, and program-specific, participant-facing resources.
Williams looked to Poole College as the next step in her professional career. “Throughout all my interactions with Exec Ed, I encountered welcoming, passionate and forward-thinking individuals and was immediately drawn to the team and their programs,” said Williams. “Joining the Executive Education team has not only afforded an opportunity to pursue a career in program management, but also serve on a team committed to their work and delivering programs with meaningful impacts.”
