“Mindful vs Mind Full” Workshop

Balancing classes, work, and personal life can be overwhelming. This workshop is designed to help you find a moment or two every day to practice mindfulness and get some relief from everyday stressors. This event will be hybrid. More details to come.

Study Break/Relaxation Station

The relaxation station will be located in the tent behind Nelson Hall. It will have art supplies, relaxing music, and snacks. Take a break from your busy schedule and engage in some self-care activities.

Yoga On The Lawn

Join yoga on the lawn with Richard Warr, Poole's associate dean for faculty and research. Bring your own yoga mat or a large towel!
