Director of Global Programs

Mr. Sandruck joined the Poole College of Management at NC State University in December 2010 as the first full-time Director of Global Programs. In this role, Rob has created a portfolio of international programs allowing students to pursue management education within a global context. In this role, he works with students to help them develop a broader worldview and an understanding of how this impacts their careers. Prior to joining the Poole College of Management, Rob worked at Duke University where he served as the Director the Executive MBA Programs. Rob has worked a variety of college and universities in student service, academic affairs, and international education. He has a Master of Education from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Economics from Towson University. Finally, he married to Dr. Audrey Jaeger, a professor at NC State and a proud father of two girls who both study French and share his passion for cooking and traveling the world.

Assistant Director of Global Programs

Ellen Frost joined the Global Programs team in the Poole College of Management as a Graduate Assistant in August 2014. After completing her Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from NC State in May 2016, she transitioned into the full time role of Assistant Director for the office. Ellen's primary responsibilities include advising Poole students interested in semester or year-long programs, managing the summer study abroad programs offered through Poole and overseeing the international exchange student experience. In addition, Ellen serves as the advisor for Global Corps, the student organization that serves as an extension of the office. Originally from Michigan, Ellen received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Hope College in Holland, Michigan. Ellen and her husband are now settled in downtown Raleigh and enjoy taking advantage of the area from bowling leagues to Durham Bulls baseball games, from tasty restaurants to beautiful parks.

Graduate Assistant of Global Programs

Claudia Rodriguez joined the Global Programs team in the Poole College of Management in August of 2017. In her role as a Graduate Assistant Claudia advises students interested in the summer programs offered by our office, helps coordinate Poole's summer faculty-led study abroad programs, recruits students for the International Business Dual Degree Program, and advises incoming international exchange students. Claudia also coordinates and assists with recruiting for Poole's International Business Dual Degree program and serves as the advisor for the International Business Club. After moving from her homeland of Puerto Rico, Claudia received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Elon University and is getting her Master's in Higher Education Administration. Claudia loves traveling but also enjoys the many wonderful perks of Raleigh like the amazing restaurants and beautiful nature.
