In response to COVID-19 the Poole College of Management Office of Undergraduate Programs has transitioned to an online format. We remain open and ready to serve you. You can continue to reach out to our staff via email or phone (919) 515-5565.

All advisors will conduct individual academic advising appointments and drop-in virtually via Zoom.  We’re all navigating this process and we know there will be a learning curve. We appreciate your patience, flexibility and overall amazing-ness during this time.

The Poole College Career Center will continue to provide a high level of career services to students, including guidance regarding career decision making, graduate school decision making and documents, interview prep, job/internship search strategies, networking assistance, mock interviews, and assistance with resumes and correspondence. 

  • All career coaches will conduct individual career coaching appointments virtually using Zoom.  Undergraduate students should use ePACK to schedule a virtual appointment with a career coach.  Students will then receive a confirmation invitation for the virtual appointment with instructions.
  • Students can reference all of our online resources for guidance on any career-related topic.  The student resources section of our website has information to help students learn more about careers; create documents, and correspondence; practice for job and graduate school interviews; and apply for jobs and internships.  Our virtual career center can be accessed 24/7 through WolfWare and is packed with videos, infographics, articles and more on nearly any career topic.  Access the Virtual Career Center in the projects tab from your Wolfware account.  Click on “2019-2020 Poole Undergraduate Virtual Career Center”
  • Fall career fairs have launched and employers are registering to attend.  The fairs will be virtual.  Students can register/RSVP to attend by going to ePACK > Events > Career Fairs.  A virtual career fair resources page for students is currently under construction.

Scheduling/Registration Questions:
All students can consult for more information on course registration, enrollment calendars, etc.
Poole majors should reach out to their advisor if they have specific questions about registration or courses. Students in a Poole minor, or in other degree programs should consult first to see if their question is answered there and then can reach out to with questions.
