What organizations are you involved in while being a student? 

While being a student here at State, I am lucky enough to be able to call myself a Poole College of Management Student Ambassador, as well as a brother of Lambda Chi Alpha and a member of the Alexander Hamilton Scholars.

What internships have you had while being a student at NC State?

So far in my undergraduate career, I have not had an internship. However, I am currently seeking one out as my summer going into my Junior year is quickly approaching.

What are your current plans for your preferred future career? 

Preferably, I will be dealing with investments at a global level in my future profession. My biggest career goal would be to have a job lined up already prior to my graduation.

Have you studied abroad while being a student at NC State?


Where have you studied abroad and when? 

I will be studying abroad this summer, May-June of 2019, in Reims, France.

Why did you choose NC State and Poole College for your education?

I have always known that business would be the place for me, but I chose Poole College specifically because I came from a very small school and town, and the community within the College seemed like my home away from home.

How has your experience in your specific Poole program at NC State contributed to your professional achievements and successes so far?

Coming from such a reputable College in general, let alone program, I have furthered my career opportunities through the variety of companies who recruit from Poole specifically.

What do you enjoy most about your time in your Poole College of Management program?

I have enjoyed the staff here at the Poole College of Management the most. They are all so friendly and make me feel like a person, not just another student or statistic.

What will you miss most when you graduate?

I will definitely miss seeing my friends every day the most, whether it was in class or just passing by them in the Nelson Port City Java.

What advice do you have for prospective Poole students?

My best advice for incoming students would be to get to know the staff and faculty. They are amazing and can really do so much for you. Utilize all of the resources the college provides!

What do you believe is your most interesting accomplishment since starting at NC State/Poole?

My most interesting accomplishment since starting at Poole is by far my acceptance to become a student ambassador. It has done wonders for me already, and I am only a sophomore.

What are your goals and plans for the future?

My biggest goal is to have a job prior to graduation.
