About the Program<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Elevate Career Mentorship Program<\/strong> focuses on elevating the future careers of our business students by connecting them with accomplished executives and alumni who provide one-on-one mentorship. Students gain career clarity, confidence, and direction through meaningful relationships with mentors who provide guidance, feedback, and exposure to real-world experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Students<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

To participate in the 2026-27 ELEVATE Mentorship Program, apply by Sept. 12<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n

\n \n Submit a student application<\/span>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t<\/svg><\/span>\n <\/a>\n <\/div>\n \n\n <\/div>\n\n\n\n

Mentee Eligibility:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Mentees are motivated Poole College of Management<\/strong> students\u2014including undergraduate business majors<\/strong> (Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors) and Jenkins Graduate students<\/strong> (Full-Time MBA, Online MBA, MRA, and MMA)\u2014who are looking to launch or transition their careers. International students are warmly welcomed!<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Mentees should be eager to explore career paths, build professional skills, and connect one-on-one with an experienced industry professional. To participate, students must apply, actively engage throughout the academic year, and bring a strong willingness to learn, apply constructive feedback, and reflect on their growth. (Note: There is no GPA requirement to apply.)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n

    Participant Responsibilities <\/h2>\n <\/summary>\n

    \n \n\n

      \n
    • Time commitment:<\/strong> Minimum 2 hours per month (1hr. monthly group meeting featuring mentor speakers + 1hr. mentor\/mentee meeting on your own schedule).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Connect:<\/strong> Maintain regular communication with your mentor via email, in-person or virtually to seek guidance, feedback and support.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Explore:<\/strong> Work with your mentor to set and refine your career goals, developing a plan to achieve these objectives by the end of the program.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Engage:<\/strong> Prepare for and participate in activities such as mock interviews, job shadowing, and career exploration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Expand:<\/strong> Broaden your professional network with mentors and their respective corporate connections.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Reflection:<\/strong> Critically reflect on your learning and growth throughout the program, identifying key insights, challenges and personal development areas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n <\/p>\n <\/details>\n\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n\n\n
