RBC’s Scott Custer to Speak on Elements of Leadership at NC State College of Management

This lecture series is open to the public at no charge. Custer will speak from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. in the college’s Nelson Auditorium, 3400 Nelson Hall, in Raleigh.

Custer guides RBC Bank, USA’s overall strategy and operations. Additionally, he leads the RBC Bank, USA Board of Directors in setting business strategies. In his previous role as president of RBC Bank, Custer was responsible for retail and commercial banking delivered through RBC Bank’s regional market structure. He has 25 years of experience in the financial services sector.

Before joining RBC Bank, Custer served as a commercial banking manager for First Union National Bank. He began his career as a commercial banking officer with Wachovia Bank. Custer received his bachelor’s degree in economics and business administration from the College of William and Mary.
