Outlook for Capital Markets is Topic for Upcoming ‘In the Money’ Breakfast Program

O’Connor will speak on the topic: “An Outlook for the Capital Markets: A Turn for the Better Is Near.” The topic will be held at the Capital City Club in Raleigh. About the speaker:

Jay O’Connor, CIMA, is senior vice president of AllianceBernstein Investments. O’Connor joined Alliance Bernstein Investments as a regional manager in 1996, with responsibility for financial planning and bank division. In 2003, wirehouses and regional brokerage firms were added to his coverage area. As a regional manger, O’Connor is responsible for representing all mutual funds, separately managed accounts, 529 college savings plans, variable annuities, and retirement products offered by the firm.

Prior to joining AllianceBernstein, O’Connor served as a separately managed account wholesaler for Keystone Investments, from 1990 to 1996, with responsibilities for marketing private asset management services. He received his bachelors’ degree from the College of the HOly Cross in Worcester, Mass., in 1990, and completed the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) program at the Hass Business School in the University of Callifornia-Berkeley in 2004.
