HR and IT: A Partnership Poised to Protect Federal Cyber Systems

Sudeep Dharan, chief technology officer at Acendre, cites the 2016 report, The State of Risk Oversight: An Overview of Enterprise Risk Management Practices, published by the Enterprise Risk Management Initiative at Poole College and AICPA, in his article about the need for HR leaders and IT to work together to protect federal HR records.

The article states, “a proactive approach positions HR to stay one step ahead of attackers.
