Gina Poole, CMO, Game Developers – Amazon, is among Oct. 20 Innovative Women’s Conference speakers
Gina Poole, chief marketing officer for Game Developers – Amazon, is keynote speaker at the October 20, 2017, Innovative Women’s Conference – Women and Power. This is the fourth year that women students in the Jenkins MBA program at the NC State Poole College of Management are presenting the IWC.
The Innovative Women’s Conference brings together those who are interested in business innovation, science, technology and entrepreneurship. While focusing on women, men are welcome to attend.
Individual sessions cover a range of topics, including women in the fields of entrepreneurship, IT, marketing, science and supply chain, as well as the topics of building alliances, gender equity, managing finances, negotiation, and women and power. The conference kicks off with a networking social on Thursday, October 19, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, at HQ Raleigh, 310 South Harrington Street, Raleigh. The social is sponsored by R.J. Reynolds, and Shay Mustafa, vice president of consumer marketing at R.J. Reynolds, will present the keynote address that evening.
The full day of workshops, panels and speakers takes place on Friday, October 20, from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM at the NC State McKimmon Center. Poole will be speaking from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
Proceeds from this event will be donated to Triangle Women for Success, which provides support for Dress for Success Triangle NC.
