Poole Students Among Lulu eGames Finalists

Poole College students were among on seven of the student teams that cleared the first round in last week’s Lulu eGames video pitch segment last week. These teams will next submit a five-page business plan and present an in-person pitch on Friday, March 23.

The final round of the annual enterpreneurship competition – Lulu eGames LIVE! – will be held April 5. Tickets for that event are here.

Following are teams with Poole College students, with their company names and brief descriptions.

321 Coffee

321 Coffee is a growing coffee shop that is completely staffed by individuals with special needs.

Cao Hydrogen Electrolyzer

Cao is a new electrolyzer capable of converting water and electricity into hydrogen gas. Team members are:

Corkboard Coffee+

Corkboard Coffee+ is designed to make affordable, local art a permanent part of the morning coffee run for hundreds of thousands of people that otherwise have inconsistent access to it.

Freshspire is a network that connects food suppliers who have excess produce to restaurants who want to buy it at a lower cost.
