47 Poole College Students Inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma
Forty-seven undergraduate and graduate students in the NC State Poole College of Management were inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma at a ceremony held on Thursday, April 5. Each student received a blue and gold cord that will be worn over their graduation gown during their commencement ceremony.
Beta Gamma Sigma is an international business honor society for students at AACSB accredited-institutions that encourages and honors academic achievement and fosters a commitment to its founding principles: honor and integrity, pursuit of wisdom, earnestness, and service.
Membership is extended to juniors and seniors who are in the top 10 percent of their class, top 20 percent of master’s students and all business doctoral students. With almost 800,000 current members, BGS provides networking and professional development opportunities for its members who live in all 50 states and in over 160 countries worldwide.
