6th Annual Undergraduate Research Speed-Dating Event

February 8, 2017 | 4:00 pm - 5:15 pm

An academic networking twist on speed dating!

Wednesday, February 8, 2017. Check in from 4:00-5:15 p.m. Three rounds beginning at 5:30-6:30 p.m. Talley Student Center Ballroom. Deadline to register online is February 1.

This event is open to all NC State undergraduate students, but will be mostly beneficial to freshmen and sophomores interested in learning about undergraduate research.

Be open to exploring disciplines that you may not previously have considered. Those who do not pre-register will be added on site, but may not be able to speak with the representative from the discipline that they prefer.

Light refreshments will be served during the event.

Have your NC State ID available at check in.

If you wish to attend the event and you miss the registration deadline above, there will be on site registration for the event if space is available*, though you will need to check in by 5 p.m. Students who register onsite may not be able to be matched with their preferred choice of programs so we highly recommend you registering online by the deadline of February 1.

*based on capacity safety regulations for the Talley Ballroom
