Poole College Professor Testifies in Washington on Healthcare, Technology

Baumer’s testimony was presented at a hearing entitled Not What the Doctor Ordered: Health IT Barriers for Small Medical Practices. The hearing examined the adoption of health information technology by small medical practices, and the Subcommittee considered witness testimony regarding the barriers that small providers have encountered and possible solutions for addressing those barriers.
