AICPA CPA Exam Update:
The AICPA released the 2026 testing schedule with testing windows and score release dates. See here: Find out when you’ll get your CPA Exam score
A few key takeaways:
- The Core sections now have continuous testing; no blackout weeks at the end of each quarter.
- Score release dates are much quicker, usually within a month and sometimes just a couple weeks.
- The Disciplines are now open for a total of five one-month windows instead of four. June was added in addition to January, April, July, and October.

Academic Support Program for Student-Athletes (ASPSA) Tutors
ASPSA is currently specifically in need tutors in accounting, economics, and other business courses.

Qualifications for all positions:
- Must have at least a 3.25 cumulative grade point average,
- Demonstrate proficiency in coursework and/or have received a B+ or higher in the courses selected to tutor.
- Must abide by North Carolina State University, NCAA and ASPSA rules and regulations.
- Must be able to teach academic success strategies to a diverse student population in a one-on-one or small group setting. Must have the ability to effectively communicate verbally and have skills to develop written reports.
- Must be attentive to detail and accurate in record keeping.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
- Preference can be given to individuals who have tutoring experience or other educational qualifications.
- Preference is given to individuals who are a sophomore or higher standing.
