Christopher currently serves as the Director of Financial Reporting at Pyxus International, Inc. In his role, Christopher is responsible for the Company’s quarterly and annual filings to the SEC, and is a resource for technical accounting matters. He began his career in Raleigh with KPMG LLP, and has over ten years of experience providing financial statement audit, audit of internal control, and internal audit and Sarbanes Oxley 404 co-sourcing services. Christopher also spent two years of his career working in Zurich as a Manager in KPMG Switzerland’s U.S. Accounting and Reporting Group.

Christopher has provided professional audit services to several global manufacturers in accordance with PCAOB and U.S. GAAS requirements. His experience includes both public and private company financial statement audits in accordance with U.S. GAAP and IFRS. His audit experience ranges from SEC filings, carve-out financial statements, non-profit financial statements to the successful coordination of a global audit transition.

He received both a BS and Masters in Accounting from NCSU. He is a licensed CPA in North Carolina, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the North Carolina Association of CPAs. He has served as a Board member of Read and Feed since 2018, and effective January 2019 is the Treasurer of this Wake county non-profit organization.

Christopher, his wife, Sarah, and their two children reside in North Raleigh. He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and playing golf.
