Startup Developed Out Of The Poole Product Innovation Lab

Chris Fesmire, a graduate student of the NC State College of Engineering, developed a startup company Vital Guide along with his partner, Pratik Bendale. Vital Guide sets out to improve patient health and management of patients in the emergency waiting room. Fesmire and Bendale’s company began as a class project in Poole’s interdisciplinary Product Innovation Lab, and eventually received funding from the NC State Entrepreneurship Awards and other business pitch awards.  Read more on WRAL Tech Wire.
