Poole Research Analysis Used in Nellie Borrero’s Diversity Insights
Nellie Borrero, senior global inclusion and diversity lead with Accenture, recently shared her lessons on diversity for organizations that she learned throughout her professional career. Her insights come after Poole College of Management announced its research findings in the analysis of the 3,000 largest public companies. The findings concluded that heterogeneous companies are more innovative and bring more products to market than less diverse companies.
