Project Management Institute Creates New Guide Based on Poole’s ERM Initiative Research
The Project Management Institute (PMI), a global association for project management professionals, has recently unveiled its new transformation framework, the Brightline Transformation Compass, at a conference in New York. The Brightline Transformation Compass will serve as a playbook for executives who are facing the challenges of transformation organizations. This framework is based on research conducted by the Poole College of Management’s Enterprise Risk Management Initiative on the top risks for companies in 2019. The initiative’s research concluded that transformation was the No. 1 risk for CEOs and senior executives as they attempt to adapt and match their competitors. Read more on Telemundo Lubbock.
