Poole’s Michelle Grainger Gives Keynote Speech at FoodCon 2020

Michelle Grainger, director of the Center for Innovation Management Studies (CIMS) and managing director of the Executive Farm Management Program, was featured as the 2020 FoodCon keynote speaker. Her speech emphasized the importance of agriculture in the North Carolina economy and how introducing farmers to business tactics can be impactful to creating smoother operations.
