Senior Tax Manager

Ezekiel is a senior tax manager at FORVIS DHG with more than ten years of experience providing U.S. tax compliance and consulting services to entities across a number of states. Over the course of his career, he has worked with various pass-through entities, closely-held businesses and corporations across multiple industries including manufacturing, distribution, real estate, and technology. Ezekiel also assists high net worth individuals and organizations with investments outside the U.S. to navigate the complexities of international tax issues. His areas of focus include corporate, partnership and international taxation.

He is a CPA and holds a master’s degree in accounting from North Carolina State University. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids – a boy and a girl.
