TechFides VP Wendy Douglas ‘01 to Speak at Jenkins Graduate Programs Hooding Ceremony

Poole College of Management has announced Wendy Douglas, vice president of operations and enterprise digitization at TechFides, as the commencement speaker for the spring Jenkins Graduate Hooding Ceremony on May 5. The ceremony will also be livestreamed from Reynolds Coliseum. 

Douglas has over 30 years of experience in technology roles that include business relationship management, strategy development, program management and technology solutions development. In her current role, she brings her extensive knowledge of digitization and technology performance management to help clients on their digital journeys.

“We are excited to welcome Wendy back to campus as our spring 2022 hooding ceremony speaker,” said Nichole Miller, assistant dean of the Jenkins MBA Program. “She has a unique blend of technical skills, business acumen, strategic vision and global team leadership that will absolutely inspire and resonate with our Think and Do graduates.”

Douglas received a Bachelor of Science in computer information systems, with honors, in 1998 from North Carolina Wesleyan College as well as a Master of Business Administration from NC State Poole College of Management in 2001.

At NC State, Douglas currently mentors SKEMA students and gives them advice on how to prepare for the job market.
