Jenny Hammond, Poole College’s chief marketing and communications officer, sat down with Talk West, a podcast produced by Raleigh-based marketing firm Walk West, to talk about the shift higher education marketing has taken during the COVID-19 pandemic.
“Video. People want more video,” said Hammond. “We have a wonderful digital producer, we have access to a lot of freelancers, we have an agency, but we still cannot produce enough video.”
Hammond also touched on her transition from working at UNC-Chapel Hill to NC State, exploring new online platforms and the dynamics of MBA programs and their impact on young professionals.
