Nathan Goldman, assistant professor of accounting, predicts the state’s zero percent corporate tax rate will secure new businesses along with their employees.
“The lost tax collections from a zero percent corporate tax rate may be dwarfed by the increase in tax revenues from a greater number of individuals who are paying individual income taxes,” said Goldman.
