Poole professors Patrick Flynn and Tom Zagenczyk contributed their expertise to a detailed feature in the Triangle Business Journal, examining the current state of workplace mental health across North Carolina.
“When it comes to mental health and wellness, there’s consensus among business leaders that it’s an important topic but there is nuance
in how to embrace and invest in it,” said Flynn.
Zagenczyk said, “Employers need to find out as much info as they can from their employees about what they need and develop policies and programs that meet the needs and wants of the majority – and maybe make idiosyncratic deals…”
