Research Impact: Rishika Rishika
How to optimize the effectiveness of and investment in digital marketing, especially social media, is on everyone’s mind.
Rishika Rishika, assistant professor of marketing at NC State University Poole College of Management, is researching just that, specifically: “the returns on investments that firms make in social media, digital media and mobile media marketing,” Rishika wrote.
New to the business management department at Poole College in 2018, Rishika, Ph.D., has previously taught at the University of South Carolina and Texas A&M University. Her research has been published in top-tier journals, such as Management Science, the Journal of Marketing and Information Systems Research.
She recently co-authored an article titled “Using Social Media to Connect with Your Most Loyal Customers” in the Harvard Business Review.
