Leadership: Seb Heese, Interim Head, Department of Information Technology, Analytics and Operations (ITAO)

Our faculty have developed collaborative research projects with the Department of Computer Science in NC State’s College of Engineering, bridging business and technology to tackle complex, real-world challenges— advancing innovation at the intersection of information systems, analytics, and operations.

The Poole College formed the Operations and Supply Chain Advisory Board to create opportunities for graduate and undergraduate students to connect with alumni and industry professionals across sectors, helping them strengthen their career marketability. Board members serve as a vital link between students and the professional community, offering their expertise, networks, and support to advance student success in operations and supply chain management.
