Rob Handfield, professor of operations and supply chain management, advises shoppers to shop local and to not wait for a deal to outsmart the current supply chain shortages this holiday season.
“Finding a local, handmade present is better than buying the latest whiz-bang gadget mass produced in a Chinese factory,” said Handfield.
