President of EPI Health, a growing specialty pharmaceutical company in Charleston, South Carolina dedicated to the development and marketing of innovative dermatology products in North America. Our goal is to develop and acquire best-in-class skin care solutions for our patients.

John Donofrio joined TrialCard as Chief Financial Officer in March 2018. With over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, John is a trusted finance leader with a proven track record of building strategy, financial management, business partnering, leading teams and strong collaboration among all levels of an organization.

Prior to joining TrialCard, John served as the Chief Financial Officer at Merz North America where he was responsible for overall finance strategy, accounting, tax, treasury, management, reporting and internal controls. He also led the commercial analytics, data management, forecasting and operational excellence teams. Previous to Merz, John spent over 20 years at GSK in various U.S. and international roles of increasing responsibility.

John holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from North Carolina State University. John is a board member and Audit Chair for Aytu BioScience, serves on Board of Directors for The Children’s Skin Disease Foundation, Alliance Medical Ministries and is a member of the NCSU Poole College of Management Accounting Advisory Board.
